    The Governor may be represented by his designee, and any of the other members may be represented by his or her deputy.
  3. Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of September 30, 2003.
  4. Appointment of a clerk for the purpose of keeping a record of the topics discussed and decisions made in the closed session.
  5. Adjourn for a closed session, pursuant to Government Code Section 11126, subdivision (e)(1) and (e)(2)(A), to confer with the Attorney General regarding Pension Obligation Bond Committee, for and in the Name and on Behalf of the State of California v. All Persons Interested in the Matter of the Validity of the State of California's Pension Obligation, the California Pension Obligation Bonds (Federally Taxable) to be Issued, and a Trust Agreement to be Entered Into by the Pension Obligation Bond Committee, for and in the Name and on Behalf of the State of California, and Certain Matters and Proceedings Related Thereto, Court of Appeal of the State of California, Third Appellate District, Case No. C045240.
  6. Reconvene open meeting.
  7. If authorized by the Committee, report regarding actions taken in closed session.
  8. Public comment.
  9. Adjournment
