    The Governor may be represented by his designee, and any of the other members may be represented by his or her deputy.
  3. Discussion of the settlement agreement between The Pension Obligation Bond Committee, and the Fullerton Association of Concerned Taxpayers. The settlement agreement will result in payment of attorneys' fees and costs in the amount of $428,812.76 to the Pacific Legal Foundation.
  4. Adjourn for a closed session, pursuant to Section 11126 of the Government Code, Subdivision (e)(2)(C), regarding pending litigation.
  5. Reconvene open meeting.
  6. If authorized by the Committee, report regarding actions taken in closed session.
  7. Public comment.
  8. The settlement agreement is subject to approval by the Committee. The Committee will vote on whether to approve the settlement agreement and delegate signing the agreement to the Director of Finance or his designee.
  9. Adjournment.

NOTE: Items may be taken out of order upon the determination to do so by the Committee.
