Senate Bill (SB) 71 Proposed Regulations/Current Regulatory Actions

CAEATFA recently modified the SB 71 Regulations under the emergency regulation process. These regulations became effective on March 8, 2012 and will expire on September 5, 2012, unless otherwise extended. During this time period CAEATFA staff will continue to work with stakeholders and establish the regulations under the regular rulemaking process.
