Sales Tax Exclusions: Renewable Energy Generation Projects
On February 22, 2011 the CAEATFA Board voted to postpone Program development until February 2012 and continue discussions once there is a better understanding of the State’s fiscal condition. Please see the Board minutes for more information.
About the Program
CAEATFA is considering developing a sales and use tax exclusion (STE) program for Renewable Energy Generation Projects.
