  3. Consideration of Minutes of the Meeting of May 24, 2004.
  4. Distribution of a copy of the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act (Article 9 of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code, Section 11120 et seq.) to new Members of the Authority, pursuant to Section 11121.9 of the Government Code.
  5. Consideration of Resolution 2005-01, Entitled: A Resolution Of The California Economic Recovery Financing Committee Pursuant To The California Economic Recovery Bond Act, Authorizing The Issuance And Sale Of One Or More Series Of State Of California Economic Recovery Bonds, Series 2005 (1) In A Not To Exceed Principal Amount Of $4,103,920,000 (Subject To Other Limitations Set Forth Herein) To Finance A Portion Of The Accumulated State Budget Deficit And (2) In A Not To Exceed Principal Amount Of $6,752,740,000 (Subject To Other Limitations Set Forth Herein) To Refund All Or A Portion Of The State Of California Economic Recovery Bonds, Series 2004A And, In Each Case, To Finance Certain Costs Related To The Issuance Of Such Bonds; Delegating Certain Duties Related To Such Bonds To The Director Of Finance, As Chairperson Of The Committee, And To The Treasurer; Approving And Authorizing The Execution And Delivery Of One Or More Supplemental Indentures Pertaining To Fixed Rate Bonds, One Or More Supplemental Indentures Pertaining To Floating Rate Bonds, Various Agreements Relating To Ancillary Obligations And Other Agreements Related To The Bonds; And Other Matters Related Thereto.
