  4. Consideration of Resolution VII under the Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2004, amending the provisions of Resolution V (2006) authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $1,726,210,000 to adjust the underlying remaining principal amount and the additional principal amount of bonds and commercial paper notes authorized thereunder.
  5. Consideration of Resolution VIII under the Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2004, authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities refunding bonds in the principal amount of not to exceed $1,726,210,000.
  6. Under the Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2006, authorize the Treasurer to employ bond counsel for legal opinions related to the sale of bonds and commercial paper notes under the bond act pursuant to Government Code Section 16760.
  7. Consideration of Resolution I under the Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2006, authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $783,998,000.
  8. Consideration of Resolution II under the Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2006, authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities refunding bonds in the principal amount of not to exceed $783,998,000.
