- Consideration of Resolution VIII under the Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection Act of 2002, amending the provisions of Resolution VI (2006) authorizing the issuance of State of California Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $1,037,347,000 to adjust the underlying remaining principal amount and the additional principal amount of bonds and commercial paper notes authorized thereunder.
- Consideration of Resolution IX under the Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection Act of 2002, authorizing the issuance of State of California Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection refunding bonds in the principal amount of not to exceed $1,037,347,000.
