  3. Distribution of the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act to each member of the committee, in accordance with California Government Code Section 11121.9.
  4. Under the Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention Bond Act of 2006, authorize the Treasurer to employ bond counsel for legal opinions related to the sale of bonds and commercial paper notes under the bond act pursuant to Government Code Section 16760.
  5. Election of the Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention Bond Finance Committee Secretary to administer the Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention Bond Act of 2006.
  6. Consideration of Resolution I under the Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention Bond Act of 2006, authorizing the issuance of State of California Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $444,700,000.
  7. Consideration of Resolution II under the Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention Bond Act of 2006, authorizing the issuance of State of California Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention refunding bonds in the principal amount not to exceed $444,700,000.
