  3. Approve the March 15, 2006 Seismic Retrofit Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution XVIII under the Seismic Retrofit Bond Act of 1996, amending the provisions of Resolution XV, (i) authorizing the issuance of State of California Seismic Retrofit Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $209,645,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Seismic Retrofit Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed the principal amount unissued under Resolution XV of $143,560,000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XIX under the Seismic Retrofit Bond Act of 1996, authorizing the issuance of State of California Seismic Retrofit refunding bonds in the principal amount not to exceed $143,560,000.
