  3. Approve the February 21, 2007 Transportation Improvement Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution XXXVII under the Clean Air and Transportation Improvement Bond Act of 1990, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution XXXIII, authorizing the issuance of State of California Clean Air and Transportation Improvement Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $218,500,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Clean Air and Transportation Improvement Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed the principal amount unissued under Resolution XXXIII of $191,150,000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XXXVIII under the Clean Air and Transportation Improvement Bond Act of 1990, authorizing the issuance of State of California Clean Air and Transportation Improvement refunding bonds in the principal amount not to exceed $191,150,000.
