  3. Approval of the August 20, 2008, Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution VIII under the Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006, amending the provisions of Resolution VI authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $663,020,200 to provide for the negotiated sale of bonds to a purchaser or purchasers to be selected by the State Treasurer.
  5. Other Non-Action Items.
  6. Public Comment.
  7. Adjournment.
