  3. Approval of the November 19, 2008, Higher Education Facilities Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution XXIX under the Class Size Reduction Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 1998, amending the provisions of Resolution XXVII authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $62,700,000 to provide for the negotiated sale of bonds to a purchaser or purchasers to be selected by the State Treasurer.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XI under the Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2002, amending the provisions of Resolution VIII authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $1,200,375,000 to provide for the negotiated sale of bonds to a purchaser or purchasers to be selected by the State Treasurer.
  6. Consideration of Resolution XV under the Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2004, amending the provisions of Resolution XIII authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $718,550,000 to provide for the negotiated sale of bonds to a purchaser or purchasers to be selected by the State Treasurer.
  7. Consideration of Resolution VI under the Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2006, amending the provisions of Resolution IV authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $1,212,658,000 to provide for the negotiated sale of bonds to a purchaser or purchasers to be selected by the State Treasurer.
