Consideration of Resolution XIX under the Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2000 (the Villaraigosa-Keeley Act), amending the provisions of Resolution XVII authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $261,010,000 to provide for the negotiated sale of bonds to a purchaser or purchasers to be selected by the State Treasurer.
  5. Other Non-Action Items.
