Consideration of Resolution XIII under the Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection Act of 2002, amending the provisions of Resolution XI authorizing the issuance of State of California Water Security, Clean Drinking Water, Coastal and Beach Protection bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $633,234,000 to provide for the negotiated sale of bonds to a purchaser or purchasers to be selected by the State Treasurer.
  5. Other Non-Action Items.
