  3. Approval of the July 16, 2008 Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection, and Flood Protection Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution XVIII under the Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection and Flood Protection Act amending the provisions of Resolution XV authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection and Flood Protection bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $772,255,810 to provide for the negotiated sale of bonds to a purchaser or purchasers to be selected by the State Treasurer.
  5. Other Non-Action Items.
