  4. Consideration of Resolution XV under the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund Act of 2002, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution XII authorizing the issuance of State of California Housing and Emergency Shelter Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $863,194,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Housing and Emergency Shelter Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the principal amount unissued under Resolution XII of $745,599,000, and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $509,200,000, for a total principal amount not to exceed $1,254,799,000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XVI under the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund Act of 2002, authorizing the issuance of State of California Housing and Emergency Shelter Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $1,254,799,000.
  6. Consideration of Resolution VIII under the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund Act of 2006, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution V authorizing the issuance of State of California Housing and Emergency Shelter Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $202,829,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Housing and Emergency Shelter Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the principal amount unissued under Resolution V of $188,744,000, and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $2,647,171,000, for a total principal amount not to exceed $2,835,915,000.
  7. Consideration of Resolution IX under the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund Act of 2006, authorizing the issuance of State of California Housing and Emergency Shelter Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $2,835,915,000.
