- Election of the Interim Finance Section Manager of the Public Finance Division, State Treasurer's Office, or his or her designees, as the Seismic Retrofit Finance Committee Secretary to administer the Seismic Retrofit Bond Act of 1996.
- Consideration of Resolution XX under the Seismic Retrofit Bond Act of 1996, authorizing the issuance of State of California Seismic Retrofit refunding bonds in the principal amount not to exceed $1,660,759,500.
- Public Comment.
- Adjournment.
