There is no statutory requirement for meeting frequency. Traditionally, meetings are held quarterly or on the call of State Treasurer, Bill Lockyer, Chair of the ScholarShare Investment Board. Meetings are held at 915 Capitol Mall, Room 587, Sacramento, California.
