  3. Approve the February 18, 2004 California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Act Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution VI under the California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Act of 2002 (i) amending the provisions of Resolution IV (2004) authorizing the issuance of State of California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $908,060,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the remaining principal amount unissued under Resolution IV of $908,060,000, and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $218,394,000, for a total principal amount not to exceed $1,126,454,000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution VII under the California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Act of 2002 authorizing the issuance of State of California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection refunding bonds in the principal amount of not to exceed $1,126,454,000.
