  3. Approve the April 20, 2005 Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection, and Flood Protection Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution XV under the Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection, and Flood Protection Act, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution XII authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection, and Flood Protection bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $863,168,556, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection, and Flood Protection bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the principal amount unissued under Resolution XIII of $553,098,556, and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $219,157,254, for a total principal amount not to exceed $772,255,810.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XVI under the Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection, and Flood Protection Act, authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Drinking Water, Clean Water, Watershed Protection, and Flood Protection refunding bonds in the principal amount not to exceed $772,255,810.
