Consideration of Resolution II under the Highway Safety, Traffic Reduction, Air Quality, and Port Security Bond Act of 2006, authorizing the issuance of State of California Highway Safety, Traffic Reduction, Air Quality, and Port Security bonds or commercial paper notes in the principal amount not to exceed $323,819,000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution III under the Highway Safety, Traffic Reduction, Air Quality, and Port Security Bond Act of 2006, authorizing the issuance of State of California Highway Safety, Traffic Reduction, Air Quality, and Port Security refunding bonds in the principal amount not to exceed $323,819,000.
