- Consideration of Resolution III under the Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution I authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $102,250,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the principal amount unissued under Resolution I of $102,250,000, and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $260,027,000, for a total principal amount not to exceed $362,277,000.
- Consideration of Resolution IV under the Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006, authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection refunding bonds in the principal amount not to exceed $362,277,000.
