  3. Approval of the April 20, 2005, Children's Hospital Bond Act Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Election of the Interim Finance Section Manager of the Public Finance Division, State Treasurer's Office, or his or her designees, as the Children's Hospital Bond Act Finance Committee Secretary to administer the Children's Hospital Bond Act of 2004.
  5. Consideration of a Resolution under the Children's Hospital Bond Act of 2004, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution I authorizing the issuance of State of California Children's Hospital Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $588,570,500, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Children's Hospital Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed the principal amount unissued under Resolution I of $409,335,500.
  6. Consideration of a Resolution under the Children's Hospital Bond Act of 2004, authorizing the issuance of State of California Children's Hospital Refunding Bonds and Refunding Commercial Paper Notes to effect a favorable reorganization of the debt structure of the State of California in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $409,355,500.
  7. Consideration of a Resolution under the Children's Hospital Bond Act of 2004, authorizing the issuance of State of California Children's Hospital Refunding Bonds to effect a saving in debt service cost to the State of California in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $588,570,000.
