  4. Consideration of Resolution XI under the Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2004, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution IX authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $495,840,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the principal amount unissued under Resolution IX of $475,320,000 and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $65,745,000, for a total principal amount not to exceed $541,065,000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XII under the Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2004, authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amounts outstanding not to exceed $541,065,000.
  6. Consideration of Resolution XXVII under the Class Size Reduction Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 1998, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution XXIV authorizing the issuance of State of California Class Size Reduction Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $161,600,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Class Size Reduction Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed the principal amount unissued under Resolution XXIV of $62,700,000.
  7. Consideration of Resolution XXVIII under the Class Size Reduction Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 1998, authorizing the issuance of State of California Class Size Reduction Kindergarten-University Public Education Facilities Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $2,364,952,500.
