  3. Approve the January 17, 2007 Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection (Villaraigosa-Keeley Act) Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Election of the Interim Finance Section Manager of the Public Finance Division, State Treasurer's Office, or his or her designees, as the Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection (Villaraigosa-Keeley Act) Finance Committee Secretary to administer the Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XVII under the Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2000 (the Villaraigosa-Keeley Act), (i) amending the provisions of Resolution XV authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $456,725,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the principal amount unissued under Resolution XV of $123,010,000 and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $138,000,000, for a total principal amount not to exceed $261,010,000.
  6. Consideration of Resolution XVIII under the Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2000 (the Villaraigosa-Keeley Act), authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $1,822,218,500.
