Consideration of Resolution XI under the Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2002, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution VI authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $2,518,065,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed the principal amount unissued under Resolution VI of $1,490,895,000.
  6. Consideration of Resolution XII under the Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2002, authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Refunding Bonds or Refunding Commercial Paper Notes to effect a favorable reorganization of the debt structure of the State of California in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $2,000,000,000.
  7. Consideration of Resolution XIII under the Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2002, authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $11,319,010,000.
  8. Consideration of Resolution VII under the Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2004, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution IV authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $9,560,075,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed the principal amount unissued under Resolution IV of $3,033,845,000.
  9. Consideration of Resolution VIII under the Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2004, authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Refunding Bonds or Refunding Commercial Paper Notes to effect a favorable reorganization of the debt structure of the State of California in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,000,000,000.
  10. Consideration of Resolution IX under the Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2004, authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $9,999,753,500.
  11. Consideration of Resolution IV under the Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2006, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution I authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $7,309,000,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed the principal amount unissued under Resolution I of $6,838,355,000.
  12. Consideration of Resolution V under the Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Bond Act of 2006, authorizing the issuance of State of California Kindergarten - University Public Education Facilities Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $7,309,000,000.
