  3. Approval of the January 16, 2008 Veterans’ Home Finance Committee Meeting Minutes.
  4. Election of the Interim Finance Section Manager of the Public Finance Division, State Treasurer's Office, or his or her designees, as the Veterans’ Home Finance Committee Secretary to administer the Veterans’ Homes Bond Act of 2000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution VI under the Veterans’ Homes Bond Act of 2000, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution III authorizing the issuance of State of California Veterans’ Homes Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $31,750,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Veterans’ Homes Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the principal amount unissued under Resolution III of $21,915,000, and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $15,170,000, for a total principal amount not to exceed $37,085,000
  6. Consideration of Resolution VII under the The Veterans’ Homes Bond Act of 2000, authorizing the issuance of State of California Veterans’ Homes Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $37,085,000.
