  3. Approval of the August 20, 2008, Housing Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution XII under the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund Act of 2002, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution X authorizing the issuance of State of California Housing and Emergency Shelter Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $796,895,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Housing and Emergency Shelter Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the principal amount unissued under Resolution X of $796,895,000 and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $66,299,000, for a total principal amount not to exceed $863,194,000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XIII under the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund Act of 2002, authorizing the issuance of State of California Housing and Emergency Shelter Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $863,194,000.
  6. Consideration of Resolution V under the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund Act of 2006, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution III authorizing the issuance of State of California Housing and Emergency Shelter Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $196,850,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Housing and Emergency Shelter Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the principal amount unissued under Resolution III of $196,850,000 and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $5,979,000, for a total principal amount not to exceed $202,829,000.
  7. Consideration of Resolution VI under the Housing and Emergency Shelter Trust Fund Act of 2006, authorizing the issuance of State of California Housing and Emergency Shelter Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $202,829,000.
