  3. Approval of the June 20, 2007 California Safe Drinking Water Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Election of the Interim Finance Section Manager of the Public Finance Division, State Treasurer's Office, or his or her designees as the California Safe Drinking Water Finance Committee Secretary to administer the California Safe Drinking Water Bond Law of 1976 and the California Safe Drinking Water Bond Law of 1988.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XXVII under the California Safe Drinking Water Bond Law of 1988 , authorizing the issuance of State of California Safe Drinking Water Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $44,534,000.
  6. Other Non-Action Items.
  7. Public Comment.
  8. Adjournment.
