  3. Approval of the February 18, 2009, California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Act Finance Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution X under the California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Act of 2002, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution VI authorizing the issuance of State of California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $1,126,454,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of State of California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the principal amount unissued under Resolution VI of $130,624,000, and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $660,579,000, for a total principal amount not to exceed $791,203,000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution XI under the California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Act of 2002, authorizing the issuance of State of California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $791,203,000.
