  3. Approval of the February 18, 2009, Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention Bond Committee Minutes.
  4. Consideration of Resolution V under the Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention Bond Act of 2006, (i) amending the provisions of Resolution I authorizing the issuance of State of California Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed $444,700,000, and (ii) authorizing the issuance of Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention Bonds or Commercial Paper Notes in the principal amount not to exceed (a) the principal amount unissued under Resolution I of $130,000, and (b) an additional principal amount not to exceed $1,512,370,000, for a total principal amount not to exceed $1,512,500,000.
  5. Consideration of Resolution VI under the Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention Bond Act of 2006, authorizing the issuance of State of California Disaster Preparedness and Flood Prevention Refunding Bonds in the aggregate principal amount outstanding not to exceed $1,512,500,000.
  6. Other Non-Action Items.
