What to Bring
Please bring a laptop, Excel 2007 or later, to the program. A laptop is needed to participate in hands-on activities throughout the day. Plan on bringing accessories you need such as a charging cable or mouse. Laptops can be charged during breaks and lunches.

Parking
CalSTRS offers on-site parking for $15 per day. Street parking is also available. If using on-site parking, follow the signage to the elevator entrance in the in the southeast corner of the lot. Take the elevator to “P2”.
Arriving
You do not need to check-in with security upon arrival and can take the staircase up to the Mezzanine level. Turn right through the glass doors and follow the signs to the Truckee River Room.
When to Arrive
Please arrive at 9:00am to check-in and setup your laptop. The first session begins at 9:15am.
