Affordable Transit-Oriented Senior Housing is 100% Occupied

Curtis Park Court in Sacramento, CA is a fully-occupied 91 unit senior housing development, with 90 affordable units and one manager unit, centered within a newly developed community named Crocker Village. Located on a remediated brownfield, Curtis Park Court offers seniors easy access to a Sacramento Regional Transit light rail station and a new pedestrian and bike bridge which allows residents to walk to Sacramento City College, the Sacramento Zoo, and Land Park. Curtis Park Court will be joined by single-family residences and a retail center. The CALReUSE Remediation Program contributed to the Curtis Park Court project by providing a $4 million grant for remediation of the brownfield, a former Union Pacific railyard.
