CalCAP LPP Administered by CCA: About CCA CalCAP Statewide LPP

Community Capital Alliance (CCA) is the third-party administrator for the CalCAP statewide LPP.

The CalCAP Statewide LPP model brings together community bank depository institutions from across California to expand access to capital for small businesses statewide. By leveraging the strength and local insight of these banks – alongside other mission-driven lenders – the program creates a transparent, coordinated system for channeling capital where it’s needed most. Funds deployed through the CalCAP Statewide LLP stay in California—creating jobs, boosting local supply chains, and advancing the state’s long-term economic resilience.
