SSBCI in California for Small Businesses

For small businesses, SSBCI credit enhancements are incentives to financial institutions to loan to small businesses. CPCFA currently offers two SSBCI credit enhancement programs, and IBank offers one.

• CPCFA’s CalCAP for Small Business offers a quick process which is popular with financial institutions for microloans, and loans and lines of credit up to $5 million.
• CPCFA’s CalCAP Collateral Support is ideal for when a small business is a strong position to obtain a loan, except for inadequate collateral. It enrolls loans and lines of credit up to $20 million.

• IBank’s Small Business Loan Guarantee addresses a wide range of underwriting concerns for loans and lines of credit up to $20 million.
