Disaster Credit Demand Survey
The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (“TCAC”) is in the process of preparing proposed regulation changes related to federal disaster credits established by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (“CAA”). In determining the allocation of these credits, TCAC is considering multiple factors including anticipated demand of low income housing tax credit applications for shovel ready projects.
Any potential applicant, local government agency, or other related party are all encouraged to reply. The demand survey worksheet is located on the TCAC website at https://www.treasurer.ca.gov/ctcac/demand-survey.xlsx. Please complete the demand survey worksheet as thoroughly as possible. Please email the completed survey and direct any questions you may have to Anthony Zeto at anthony.zeto@treasurer.ca.gov no later than May 6, 2021.
