Article 1.5 Charter School Facility Grants Program
The Authority has drafted proposed regulations for the purpose of administering the Charter School Facility Grants Program.

Public Posting Period
The public posting period for the respective proposed regulations will be 45 days, starting March 13, 2026 and ending on April 27, 2026.
Public comments must be submitted no later than the last day of the comment period as shown below. Comments may be submitted by mail, email, fax, or in-person. For more information, please see the instructions in the respective “Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Action”.
Article 2 State Charter School Facilities Incentive Grants Program
The Authority has drafted proposed regulations for the purpose of administering the State Charter School Facilities Incentive Grants Program.
Notice of the proposed changes is provided in the California Regulatory Notice Register – Register 2025, Number 42-Z under Notice File Number Z2025–1008–01.
