CalCAP Loan Participation Project (CalCAP LPP) Administered by Community Capital Alliance (CCA)

Community Capital Alliance will work with community banks and minority depository institutions which maintain physical branches and offices that can cover every California county. Their presence in rural and urban areas will allow underserved borrowers to access funding through the CCA CalCAP LPP in person or online with local support.

CalCAP LPP administered by CCA will support four small business lending products:

  • Short-term lines of credit for all types of small businesses
  • A variation on the short-term lines of credit: “TLOC”
    • TLOC will be lines of credit specific to small businesses with CalTrans contracts
    • CalTrans will be a resource partner for small business contractors located in all 12 CalTrans districts, including rural and tribal areas
  • Bridge loans for small businesses which have been approved for SBA 504 permanent financing
  • Term loans up to 10 years.
