CalCAP Loan Participation Project (CalCAP LPP) Administered by Community Capital Alliance (CCA)

Community Capital Alliance will work with community banks and minority depository institutions which maintain physical branches and offices that can cover every California county. Their presence in rural and urban areas will allow underserved borrowers to access funding through the CalCAP LPP in person or online with local support.

CalCAP LPP administered by CCA will support three small business lending products:

  • Lines of Credit
  • SBA 504 bridge loans
  • Term loans up to 10 years
