CDIAC’s 9th Pre-conference Workshop at The Bond Buyer’s 20th Annual California Public Finance Conference will include a one-day in-depth exploration of the current proposed municipal regulatory changes that impact issuer’s path to market. This workshop will discuss how California’s fiscal climate will impact the state’s economy and how the municipal regulations will affect local debt sales and issuers balance sheets and investments.
